  3. Statement of bank account of last 2 months
  4. Canceled cheque is also required
  5. Gst registration certificate
  6. Duly signed APEDA registration form

  • FSSAI central license
  • MSME certificate if applicable
  • NOC from pollution control board
  • Proof of business such as incorporation certificate/ firm registration certificate
  • DIS/SIA issued by department of horticulture in case of food products listed

Procedure for APEDA RCAC certification

The process for registration can be categorized into four parts.

  • Details and Documentation: Applicants are required to provide basic details and documents to get APEDA RCAC.
  • Filing of application: Once all the documents are duly verified first handed by applicants. They are required to file an online application to get RCAC from APEDA.
  • Submission of fee: The fee needed to be submitted along with the application form
  • Issuance of certification: The members of APEDA will get registration cum allocation certificate for their shippent. As per the guidelines of APEDA, exporters members are required to ship their products within 45 days of getting APEDA RCAC.
